By creating an account, claiming a restaurant listing, or otherwise using Where To Eat At ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
When you claim a restaurant listing as an owner, or submit a claim on behalf of an owner as a delegate, you represent that you are authorized to manage that listing. Submitting a claim for a restaurant you do not own or have authorization to manage is a violation of these terms and may result in the claim being denied and your account being suspended.
If you submit a claim as a delegate managing a listing on behalf of an owner, the owner must separately approve your access before the claim is reviewed. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit on the owner's behalf.
You agree to provide accurate information about the restaurant (hours, contact details, menu, service style, and other listing content) and to keep it reasonably up to date. Where To Eat At may independently verify submitted information and may decline or reverse a claim if information appears inaccurate, spam, or fraudulent.
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, menu details, restaurant story, etc.), but you grant Where To Eat At a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including removing an approved claim, at our discretion if these terms are violated.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Where To Eat At is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@wheretoeatat.com.
