Account information: name, email, phone number, and password (or your Google account details if you sign in with Google).
Restaurant claim information:the restaurant you're claiming or managing, and any details you submit about it — hours, contact info, service style, social media links, menu platform, and restaurant story.
Location:your device's approximate location, used to show nearby restaurants.
Content you submit: photos, videos, posts, and reviews you share through the app.
Usage data: searches, favorites, and app activity, used to improve search and recommendations.
Device & diagnostic data: basic device info and crash reports, used to fix bugs.
We use this information to operate the Service — showing you relevant restaurants, processing claim requests, letting owners manage their listings, and improving search (including the "Craving Engine" dish-level search). Menu and restaurant content you submit may be processed by third-party AI services to help tag and organize it (e.g. categorizing dishes) — this content is restaurant/menu information, not your personal account details.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers that run our infrastructure — Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, storage), Google Places (restaurant search data), and Anthropic (AI processing of menu/restaurant content). Restaurant claim information you submit (hours, contact info, etc.) becomes part of the restaurant's public listing once approved — it's about the business, not you personally.
We keep your account and claim information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You can update your account information at any time. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us below.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
